Booklet: How Easy Co. became a Band of Brothers

Booklet: How Easy Co. became a Band of Brothers

Easy Company of the 506th Parachute Infantry Regiment, 101st Airborne Division was a cohesive unit that distinguished itself with honors during World War II. They were first introduced to the public in 1992 in historian Stephen Ambrose's book "Band of Brothers", but it was not until later in life that they became internationally famous through the HBO mini-series of the same name, produced by Tom Hanks and Steven Spielberg.

This book will immerse young and old alike in the stories of ordinary men who bravely and voluntarily enlisted in the elite paratroopers. Chris Langlois, grandson of Easy's medic Eugene Roe, collaborated with artist Anneke Helleman on this illustrated story about the men of Easy Company. The beginning of a journey for the reader to get to know these heroes better.
